  2. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  3. 1/4 cup corn flour
  4. 2 tbsp beetroot purée
  5. Pinch salt
  6. 1 tbsp ghee
  7. For stuffing
  8. 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  9. Handful chopped coriander leaves
  10. 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  11. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  14. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  15. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  16. to taste Salt
  17. as required Oil for deep frying

Instructions to make to make Samosa Wontons

  1. In a mixing bowl add all ingredients for dough and mix well, the flour should crumble after mixing.
  2. Now make a medium soft dough using hot water, flour should not release the gluten so use only hot water. Rest the for 5 mins wrapped in cling film.
  3. Take boiled and mashed potatoes in mixing bowl add all the spices and mix well, add chopped coriander leaves, pomegranate and peas and mix well. Here our stuffing is also ready.
  4. Roll the thin and small puris add stuffing in centre. Apply water on half of the edges of puri and fold the other half on it and press and stick together.Now again apply the water on both ends of half circles puri and stick them together and you will get a very beautiful shape of wontons. Make all wontons like this only.
  5. Heat oil in a wok, Make all the wontons this way and deep fry all of them on low to medium flame.
    serve with beetroot dip and coriander chutney.
