- 1 part urad dal
- 2 parts idli rava
- as per taste Salt
- 1 beetroot (steamed)
- As needed coriander leaves
- as required Ghee
- as required Water

- Soak urad dal and idli rava separately in water overnight.
Next day wash properly. In a blender jar, grind urad dal using minimum water.
