  1. Soak the Moong Dal for one hour.
  2. Blend it well with ginger piece.
  3. Add all vegetables into it. Beat it well.

  5. Heat the pan, grease it with butter or ghee.pour the mixture into it.sprinkle red chilli powder and green Coriander on it.
  6. Cover it by lid.let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.Do same process to other side.
  7. Garnish it with slices of beetroot and mozrilla cheese.
  8. Cut the moonglet into pieces.
  9. Serve it hot with any chutney.
