- 1/4 cup cornflour
- 1/2 cup water

- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions to make to make Train Cutlet
- Heat little oil in pan add ginger and chilli. Saute for one mnt
- Add carrot, beans,peas and beetroot.
- Saute for two mnts now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt.
- Cook till vegetables are almost cooked.
- Remove from fire and put in big bowl. Let it cool.
- Add potatoes, lemon juiceand breadcrumbs mix.
- Grease palm with oil take small ball size mixture and shape it.
- In small bowl add maida, cornflour and salt mix water and make slurry.
- In one plate keep breadcrumbs.
- Now dip cutlet in slurry and coat it with breadcrumbs
- Heat oil in pan and deep fry cutlet at medium heat till golden brown remove
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
