Instructions to make to make Train Cutlet

  1. Heat little oil in pan add ginger and chilli. Saute for one mnt
  2. Add carrot, beans,peas and beetroot.
  3. Saute for two mnts now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt.
  4. Cook till vegetables are almost cooked.
  5. Remove from fire and put in big bowl. Let it cool.
  6. Add potatoes, lemon juiceand breadcrumbs mix.
  7. Grease palm with oil take small ball size mixture and shape it.
  8. In small bowl add maida, cornflour and salt mix water and make slurry.
  9. In one plate keep breadcrumbs.
  10. Now dip cutlet in slurry and coat it with breadcrumbs
  11. Heat oil in pan and deep fry cutlet at medium heat till golden brown remove
  12. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
