  7. After ten mins vegetables are cooked then add paneer cubes stir fry,close the kadai and keep for five mins after five mins your stuffing is ready.add salt to taste chaat masala powder half tsp and coriander for garnishing.
  8. Now kathi roll for the roll we have to knead the dough 1cup maida and two cup wheat flour along with grated beetroot 1cup
  9. Roll out one ball from the dough,make it lacha by givin layers and roast it nicely with butter
