  2. Then add grated beetroot and Malai.. cook for 1 min.
  3. Now add Milk and water.. and mix it very well.and low the flame and close the lid.cook for 10 min.. occasionally stir.
  4. Then add 1 tsp ghee... And elaichi powder.. and Mix well.. your beetroot Daliya Halwa is ready
  5. Take a mold and place it on serving plate..
  6. When Daliya is completely cooked and water is absorbed add sugar..and allow to melt.
    Mix it.. cook until Halwa thickens..
