  2. Drain water then peel and grate beetroot in bowl peel potatoes and grate in same bowl
    Add all spice powders green chillies salt cornflour mix well
  3. Take ball sized mixter in hand and gives a round Pattice or tikkies shape
  4. Take some roasted semolina in a plate place each cutlet on it and coat on all sides by semolina
  5. Dust off extra semolina.
    In pan add some oil and fry till crispy and golden. Fry both sides.
  6. Serve hot with chutney sauce or any dip.
