  1. Step 1:
    Making beetroot purée:
    Heat a tbsp oil and roast a peeled beetroot, a tomato and 2garlic cloves until lightly charred and cooked al dente.
    Let it cool, then make a smooth purée.
  2. Step 2:
    Mix the flours and soda well.Add oil and mix till it becomes crumbly.Add beetroot purée and all flavouring ingredients(as per your wish)
  3. Step 3:

    Mix everything well.Gradually add water and make a smooth,firm and pliable dough.Dough should hold and not break.
  4. Step 4:
    Insert the dough in a chakli maker and make spiral shaped challis on the back of a plate
  5. Step 5:
    Heat the oil and deep fry the chakli at low-medium flame
