    Mash Banana.
  2. Heat 1tbsp. Ghee in a pan and caramalise mash banana saute 6-7min. Add raisin and saute on slow flame. Transfer in a plate.
  3. Roast Sooji in 1/2Cup ghee.
    Saute till looks fluffy. Now add milk and water stir on slow flame. and cover for 3-4min.
    Now open and add banana mixture cardamom Powder saffron strings
    and sugar.. Mix well. Sooji banana halwa is is ready.
    Take half part of mixture in a plate. And add beetroot puree and 1tbsp. Sugar in a pan mixture. Grate beetroot and stir till ghee release. Stir cont. On slow flame. Add chopped pistachio.mix it properly. Turn off flame.Beetroot Halwa is ready.
  4. Take a silicone mould spread beetroot halwa press and spread banana halwa press properly. And demould in a serving plate. Garnish with Tulsi leaves pistachio and silver balls.
